My name is Josh, and I started Metro East Home Repair years ago with a goal in mind. To restore old and dilapidated houses throughout the Metro East area. Simple goal right? I have a nostalgic heart and seeing old turn of the century houses sitting vacant and in desperate need of updating and repair just really got to me. So I started purchasing old houses to fix them up! Naturally, this “hobby” started to grow into something more. I would post pictures and videos of my before and after photos of home remodel projects and people started asking me to help them tackle their home remodel projects! Years later, Metro East Home Repair has evolved to include other contractors that specialize in areas that I have come to admire and respect.

We cannot hope to master everything there is to know about remodeling and construction work on our own. It is crucial to work with others to complement our skills and build a group that can take on any project of any size. We are real people, who take calls to help real people with their home repair and remodel jobs. Over the years we have slowly grown to be able to handle more and more jobs due to the awesome support we have with our contractors. I personally go out and fix basic home repair issues that can be accomplished in a few hours so that I can free up time for our contractors to tackle large kitchen and bathroom remodels. Working in this fashion has allowed us to maximize our efficiency and improve our overall growth!
